Vacancy: Office Administrator (Part-time)

We are currently recruiting for the role of Office Administrator. This is a permanent, part-time position for 20 hours per week.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our office here in Guildford, that can provide excellent office administration support to our current in house team, Board of Trustees and working groups. Candidates will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be fully computer literate. We are looking for someone to work as an effective Ambassador for the Community Foundation including supporting and attending events to promote the Foundation’s work.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Able to establish good interpersonal relationships, rapport and credibility with a wide range of people;

A self-starter, able to act on own initiative and to organise, plan and prioritise own work load to meet deadlines;

The Office Administrator must be able to work effectively within a small team;

Ability to work under pressure and to demonstrate a professional approach in a range situations;
