If you are awarded a grant we would like others to know that you have been successful in applying for a grant from us by acknowledging the grant in your publicity materials. This helps us to raise the profile of our work and encourages other groups to apply for funding.
We really enjoy seeing any publicity materials you have produced or local news items you may have featured in.
As per your conditions of grant, please ensure that any publicity directly relating to the project our grant has funded acknowledges our support.
The Community Foundation for Surrey logo should – as far as possible, please – be used in all publicity materials about the work for which you have received funding (including leaflets, flyers, annual reports and on your website). We also ask that you please acknowledge your grant in press releases or when speaking to reporters or journalists. If you’re issuing a media release, please do get in touch and we would be happy to advise you.

Using our logo
We have recently gone through a re-branding process and are very proud of our refreshed brand. We have carefully chosen the words, logos and colours to describe who we are and what we do to transform people’s lives across Surrey.
When you download our logo kit, please note: The CMYK image is specifically formatted for use in printed materials; the RGB image is for websites/Twitter or other on-screen materials; and the PNG image has a transparent background, should you require this.

High quality photographs make a huge difference to the information we are able to provide to donors, enabling them to see the impact of their giving.
Do let us know what level of permission you have for the photos to be used. We can certainly keep them confidential for our internal use if you need us to, but we would also love to use them in publicity if possible.
