The data behind our impact
We are proud to fund hundreds of community groups across Surrey every year. In 2023-2024, we made more than £2.2million in grants, and the total figure over our 20 year history is more than £25million.
We work in partnership with our donors to fund a range of needs and themes, including mental ill-health, sport, young people, the environment, arts, disadvantaged individuals looking for help into training and employment and much more.
360 Giving
The Community Foundation for Surrey is committed to transparency and we work with 360Giving to publish information about our grants. Using the 360Giving data standard, our awarded grants can be downloaded in the following Excel spreadsheets by year.
If you would like to find out more about the wide range of projects the Foundation supports, you can find a full list detailing all grants awarded here.

This means the data is freely accessible to anyone to be used and shared as they wish. The data must be attributed to the Community Foundation for Surrey.
We believe that with better information, grantmakers can be more effective and strategic decision-makers. 360Giving provides support for grantmakers to publish their grants data openly, to understand their data, and to use the data to create online tools that make grant-making more effective.
