Diana became a Trustee of CFSurrey in March 2023 and was appointed Vice-Chair in 2025. She spent most of her career at the Financial Times, where she served as Managing Director of its events division, building it into a profitable global business. She later became Special Projects Director, developing many of the FT’s most renowned events.

Diana has also worked as a consultant to a range of public and private sector organisations, and has supported both national and local charities.
