Duncan oversees the Fund Development Team and is responsible for ensuring that the foundation can maintain its high level of grant-giving by securing ongoing donations and funding through a range of key partnerships with private, corporate, and public funders and donors at local and national levels who share CFSurrey’s vision of a strong and equitable Surrey.

Duncan is passionate about challenging inequalities and ensuring that funding makes a measurable difference for Surrey’s communities. He brings extensive experience in programme management and partnership development, having worked with local and regional government, businesses, and community organisations to deliver sustainable growth and social impact.
