Erik is a charity leader and Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey with over 25 years’ experience in community transformation. He founded The Lighthouse, a multi‑site community hub supporting vulnerable people, and has led several social and faith‑based initiatives across Surrey. Erik is passionate about empowering local communities and fostering long‑term social change. His current professional role is Co-CEO of The Lighthouse charity.
