Nicola is the founder and Chief Executive of Stripey Stork, one of the UK’s leading baby banks, supporting families facing hardship across Surrey and beyond. With a background in programme and change management in major financial institutions, she brings experience in strategic growth, governance and community impact. Nicola was commissioned as a Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey in 2021 and, through the Lieutenancy, serves as an assessor for the King’s Award for Voluntary Service. Alongside her position as a Trustee of the Community Foundation for Surrey, these roles complement one another by helping to connect, support and champion the many charities and community groups working across the county.
