Roshan is an experienced charity leader, and former senior executive with a long record of business and public service. She has led the development of private, public and charitable sector operations at start up and times of significant change, including setting up and chairing the Surrey Supported Employment Fund which supports disabled people into work. 

Roshan has held major governance roles, including Non‑Executive Director and Interim Chair of Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Her charity trusteeships have included chairing Headway Surrey and the Mary Frances Trust, and she brings extensive expertise in organisational development, strategic leadership, and community impact.
