Established in 2023, the Roshan Bailey Fund was created to ensure everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
As a supporter and Trustee of the Community Foundation for Surrey, Roshan has long championed fairness, justice and equal opportunity, dedicating her career and voluntary work to supporting people facing barriers linked to social and economic disadvantage, disability, or health-related challenges.
This Fund reflects Roshan’s belief that individuals are enabled to lead successful and fulfilling lives. By supporting charitable organisations across Surrey, the Fund helps build stronger communities, support inspiring projects, and create opportunities for people to grow, connect and thrive. It is a living legacy of Roshan’s values—celebrating possibility, potential and positive change.
